PROJECT "SUPPORT OF LEGAL HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ENSURING THE TEACHING OF MEDIATION DISCIPLINES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LEGAL EDUCATION AND PROMOTE WIDENER APPLICATION OF ALTERNATIVE DISCIPLINE MECHANISMS"
In 2019, the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation implemented the project "Supporting legal higher education institutions by developing educational and methodological support for teaching mediation disciplines to improve the quality of legal education and promote the wider use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms."The project was implemented with the support of the American people, provided through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as part of the USAID New Justice Program.
Within the framework of this project:
Representatives of the National University "Odesa Law Academy", Odesa National University named after I.I. Mechnikov, International Humanitarian University, National School of Judges of Ukraine, National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University, Yaroslav Mudry National Law University, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, judges, lawyers and notary public.
