Ethical guidelines

The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation agrees with the content of the Code of Professional Ethics for Mediators, which it participated in the development of and which was approved by the General Meeting of Members of the NAMU on 19 February 2022, and recognises the provisions thereof as a guide for its activities in the field of mediation.
In its activities, the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation also adheres to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators, the IMI Code of Professional Conduct, and the European Code of Conduct for Mediation Providers.
Mediators of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, in their professional practice, share the principles and standards set out in the above-mentioned codes and adhere to them as the foundation of ethical and professional mediation practice.
