INITIATIVES FOR VETERANS
Mediation can be helpful in a wide range of situations: when there is a need to resolve a conflict, restore dialogue, or find a solution in a difficult personal or professional situation. At the same time, mediation can become a new professional competency and a pathway for professional development.
The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation develops its work with veterans in a variety of formats: creating opportunities to access mediation services free of charge, providing training for veterans, supporting the professional development of veteran mediators, organizing meetings and exchanges of experience, and working with professionals who engage with the veteran community.
