The 10th International Forum “Mediation & Law” became an international platform for professional dialogue on the development of mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Over six days, participants discussed the development of mediation in Ukraine and worldwide, the interaction between mediation and the judiciary, restorative justice, international standards and mediator ethics, the resolution of commercial, tax, investment, and maritime disputes, as well as the role of dialogue in education, media, communities, and other areas of public life.
Particular attention was given to European and international experience, practical models for applying mediation and ADR, professional standards, and tools that contribute to fostering a culture of dialogue and peaceful dispute resolution.
The milestone 10th Forum brought together Ukrainian and international experts, representatives of public authorities, the judiciary, professional communities, international organizations, academics, and practitioners around a shared goal — advancing effective and people-centred approaches to conflict resolution.
