“Christmas Wreath” Neurographic Drawing Workshop: A Pre-Holiday Event for Mediators
The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation invites mediators to a special pre-holiday event focused on professional support, creativity, and restoring inner resources.
On 21 December 2025 at 09:00, the online “Christmas Wreath” neurographic drawing workshop will take place via Zoom.
During the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to step away from their daily routines, reflect on their wishes and goals for the coming year, and create a neurographic drawing as a form of creative self-reflection.
The workshop is suitable both for beginners and for those who already have experience with neurographic drawing.
Materials needed:
- several A5 sheets of paper;
- coloured pencils (12 or 24 colours);
- black fineliners, 0.1–0.7 mm;
- coloured markers.

Iryna Suchilova — family mediator, trainer, psychologist, lawyer, member of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation and the Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine.
