About the speaker
Hon. Daniel Weinstein is a retired judge and an internationally recognized specialist in mediating complex civil, multilateral, and cross-cultural disputes. He is the founder of JAMS—the world’s largest private provider of mediation services—as well as the JAMS Foundation and the Weinstein International Foundation. Honors include the Advocate for Peace Award (Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution) and the Peacemaker Award (Straus Institute). He is ranked a “Star Individual” in the Nationwide Mediators category by Chambers USA 2025.
