Ecosystem of Trust: Mechanisms for Resolving Investment Disputes

Ecosystem of Trust: Mechanisms for Resolving Investment Disputes

A sustainable investment climate is impossible without effective dispute resolution mechanisms. For investors, not only economic indicators matter, but also the availability of clear, reliable, and predictable tools for protecting their rights and interests.

During this panel discussion, participants will explore the role of arbitration, mediation, and other ADR mechanisms in investment disputes, as well as their importance in building trust between governments, businesses, and international partners. Special attention will be paid to how modern dispute resolution mechanisms influence a country's investment attractiveness and contribute to economic development.

The discussion will also focus on Ukraine’s post-war recovery, attracting international investment, and creating conditions where effective dispute resolution becomes one of the key drivers of economic stability and growth.
