Final Meeting of the “Resilient Presence: A Path to Recovery and Leadership” Programme

Final Meeting of the “Resilient Presence: A Path to Recovery and Leadership” Programme

The final meeting of the “Resilient Presence: A Path to Recovery and Leadership” training programme has taken place. The programme focused on developing skills to reduce tension, restore inner balance, and create a safe space for meaningful interaction.

Throughout the programme, mediators explored somatic and evidence-based practices designed to help reduce stress, strengthen the connection between the body, emotions, and mind — the Heart–Brain–Body Connection — and develop leadership grounded in conscious presence.

The training was conducted with the support and professional guidance of Dr. Lori Leyden. The tools and practices introduced during the programme helped participants strengthen their resilience and develop their ability to create spaces where calm, trust, and meaningful transformation can emerge.

The final meeting marked the completion of the programme, but not the end of its impact. Participants will continue to apply and share the practices they have gained within their communities, teams, and professional networks — wherever presence, clarity, and empathy can contribute to improving people’s quality of life.

The event was organised by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation within the project “CONSENT: Enhancing the Role of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Ukraine with a Focus on Mediation”, implemented with the financial support of the European Union.
