How to Learn to Speak and Truly Hear One Another: Laura Alčiauskaitė’s Workshop at the X Forum “Mediation and Law”
As part of the X International Forum “Mediation and Law”, a workshop dedicated to communication skills, peacebuilding, and fostering a culture of dialogue among young people will take place.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore practical tools for conflict transformation, approaches to building trust and mutual understanding, and learn more about strengthening resilient communities and youth initiatives through dialogue and cooperation.
The workshop will be led by Laura Alčiauskaitė, a psychologist, researcher, and trainer from Lithuania who has worked in the fields of non-formal education and youth development for more than ten years. She is a trainer within the SALTO network and Director of the youth organization Penktas Kampas (“The Fifth Corner”). Her work focuses on human rights, social inclusion, mental health, youth participation, and peacebuilding.
