“Lessons of Peace and Justice” Wins the “Golden Flipchart 2026” Award in the “Partnership of the Year” Category

The “Lessons of Peace and Justice” initiative has won first place in the “Partnership of the Year” category of the Golden Flipchart 2026 competition.

According to the results of the online vote, the initiative received 636 votes, securing victory in its category. This recognition is an important confirmation of trust in an idea that was born through partnership and the collective efforts of people committed to advancing legal awareness among children and young people.

Throughout 2025, the “Lessons of Peace and Justice” initiative reached 22 regions of Ukraine, more than 200 educational institutions, and over 13,000 children. During this period, more than 850 educational sessions were conducted, focusing on legal literacy, dialogue skills, and peaceful conflict resolution.

A key factor in the initiative’s success was the involvement of inspectors from the Educational Security Service of the National Police of Ukraine. More than 300 Educational Security Service inspectors completed specialized training and became facilitators of the lessons in schools across the country.

The implementation of the initiative became possible through the cooperation of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, the Association for the Development of Judicial Self-Governance of Ukraine, mediators, lawyers, legal professionals, educators, and representatives of the Educational Security Service of the National Police of Ukraine.

This achievement is the result of the shared efforts of everyone who supports the initiative, delivers the lessons, collaborates with schools, and helps children understand complex legal issues through an accessible and practical learning format.
