Next UAM Community Meeting: Mediation Simulation

With the start of the new academic year, UAM Circle is moving to a new schedule — from now on, our meetings will take place on Tuesdays.

This time participants are invited to take part in a mediation simulation. It is a unique opportunity to practice skills, immerse yourself in the dynamics of a realistic case, receive feedback from experienced colleagues, and feel the support of the professional community.

Why is this important?

Practice is the foundation of a mediator’s professional growth. Each simulated situation makes it possible to:

• better understand the process and logic of mediation;
• test hypotheses and practice tools;
• experience different roles — both as a mediator and as a party;
• learn in a safe environment with constructive feedback.

What’s planned?

• a full mediation simulation;
• guidance and commentary from experienced mediators;
• a warm atmosphere of mutual respect, trust, and professional support.
