Online Workshop “MIND MANAGEMENT: Tools of Transformative Mediation for Deep Engagement” within the Conference “Mediation & Universities 2.0”

Within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Mediation & Universities 2.0”, an online workshop titled “MIND MANAGEMENT: Tools of Transformative Mediation for Deep Engagement” will take place. The workshop is dedicated to conscious communication and the development of professional mediation skills.

During the workshop, participants will:

• explore how the brain works and what influences decision-making processes;
• examine mechanisms of thinking and perception in communication;
• work with three practical tools of transformative mediation aimed at deeper self-awareness and understanding of others;
• practice applying the acquired knowledge to real-life situations.

The workshop offers an opportunity to better understand one’s own reactions and to enhance effective interaction with others.

The session will be facilitated by Oleh Tiurin, a business and family mediator, IMI Qualified Mediator, marketer, expert for international organizations, and certified trainer.

The conference is organized with the financial support of the European Union within the frameworks of the Pravo-Justice Project, the CONSENT Project, and the project “Enhancing Ukraine’s EU Accession Process in the Area of the Rule of Law (3E4U)”, implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office.
