Open UAM CIRCLE Event: Presentation of the First Associative Card Deck for Mediators “Universe of Understanding”

There are events that traditionally remain small-scale and accessible only to the community of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation (UAM). However, at the end of the year, UAM makes an exception and invites everyone to an open UAM CIRCLE event dedicated to the creation of the first metaphorical associative card deck for mediators — “Universe of Understanding.”

This is a training session aimed at deepening skills in working with metaphorical associative cards (MAC) for mediators, facilitators, and professionals who work with conflicts, emotions, and dialogue.

About the “Universe of Understanding” deck

The metaphorical associative cards were created specifically for mediators and are designed to expand the professional toolkit for working with parties’ emotions, unexpressed needs, internal barriers, trust, openness, as well as for searching for solutions that satisfy all participants in a conflict. The deck supports self-reflection and helps to gain a deeper understanding of the nature of experiences and interaction between the parties.
