Registration Open for the Training of Trainers “Supporting Clients in Mediation”
The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation has opened registration for the Training of Trainers (ToT) programme “Supporting Clients in Mediation”, which will be held in Ukraine for the first time specifically for lawyers who are also mediators.
The programme aims to prepare a team of trainers who will be able to deliver training for lawyers in accordance with the recommendations of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) on professional support for clients throughout the mediation process.
The programme is open to lawyers who are already trained mediators and are interested in developing the practice of supporting clients in mediation in their regions. Preference in the selection process will be given to applicants who have completed training for trainers and have experience in delivering educational activities.
The training will take place on 21, 23, 28 and 30 July 2026, from 14:00 to 18:00, and on 4 August 2026, from 09:00 to 13:00.
Participation is free of charge, but the number of places is limited.
The training will be delivered by Luiza Romanadze, Tetiana Vodopian, Natalia Dotsenko, Nataliia Petrenko, Iryna Dotsenko, and Hanna Baryshnykova — experienced trainers and mediators who have been contributing to the development of mediation in Ukraine for many years.
The event is organised by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation in partnership with the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), the Mediation Committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, and the Higher School of Advocacy of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, with the financial support of the European Union within the EU Project “CONSENT”.
