Results of the “Creative Take on Mediation 2.0” Contest: When Youth Inspires
We never cease to be amazed by the creativity of young people! The “Creative Take on Mediation 2.0” contest became a brilliant opportunity to explore fresh perspectives on important themes — mediation, dialogue, and conflict resolution.
This year, we received many vibrant and thoughtful submissions, each representing a unique vision and personal approach. Thank you to everyone who participated — you proved that youth see, hear, and create!
Congratulations to the Winner — Viktoriia Dorosh
Viktoriia, a student at Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University, has won the opportunity to complete mediator training free of charge at the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation. We’re excited to follow her journey — and confident it will be a strong one
Special Jury Mentions:
- “Creative Approach” — Maksym Balashov, student at the State University of Trade and Economics
- “From Idea to Action” — the student team of the debate club APOLOGETICA, recognized for their outstanding group initiative
Our Deepest Thanks
To the participants — for your bold ideas. To the educators — for your support. To the universities — for creating the values-based environment where such students thrive.
We even admit we’re a little envious — you get to work with such inspiring young minds!
The contest was held as part of the project “CONSENT: Strengthening the Role of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Ukraine with a Focus on Mediation,” implemented by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation with financial support from the European Union.
