Today, a mediator is more than a profession — it is also a matter of reputation, trust, and communication with the world. Increasingly, professionals are asking whether mediators should invest in their visibility and what an effective public professional presence should look like.
During this session, participants will explore the topics of professional identity, personal style, and building a personal brand without losing authenticity. Special attention will be given to the role of social media, professional communication, audience engagement, and practical tools that help professionals become more visible within their field.
The event will provide an opportunity to look at the professional development of mediators through the lens of trust, values, and effective communication.
