Tax Disputes: Creating Space for Dialogue Between Business and the State

How can governments and taxpayers find more effective ways to resolve disputes? Tax conflicts often require not only legal analysis but also effective communication, trust, and a willingness to engage in constructive dialogue.

During this panel discussion, participants will explore modern approaches to resolving tax disputes, international experience, the role of dialogue, and the potential use of mediation and other ADR mechanisms in this field. As Ukraine continues to seek effective models of interaction between business and the state, this discussion will provide an opportunity to examine future prospects for the development of this area.

The panel will bring together representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, international experts, and professionals from other countries to share practical experience and discuss innovative approaches to tax dispute resolution.
