Tender for the Upgrade and Development of the Mediation Help Software Platform
The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation invites qualified service providers to participate in a tender for the development and implementation of an integrated software solution.
Subject of procurement: Comprehensive upgrade and further development of the Mediation Help mediation hub software.
The project is expected to result in the development of a unified digital product integrating a web platform, mobile application, chatbot, case management system, and analytics module.

Requests for Clarification
Tender participants may submit requests for clarification by email at tender@mediation.ua.
The deadline for submitting questions is 8 March 2026 at 13:00 Eastern European Time.
Submission of Proposals
Proposals must be submitted by email to tender@mediation.ua no later than 10 March 2026 at 23:59 Eastern European Time.
Please indicate the following in the subject line of your email:
“Tender for Software Upgrade and Development Services” – [name of your company / individual entrepreneur].
FINAL DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: 10 March 2026 at 23:59 Eastern European Time.
