The National Bar Association of Ukraine has resumed the work of the Mediation Committee

 On February 17, 2026, the Ukrainian National Bar Association resumed the work of its Mediation Committee.

This is an important development for the advancement of mediation in Ukraine, marking another step toward strengthening a culture of dialogue, mutual understanding, and out-of-court dispute resolution.

Luiza Romanadze, President of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, has been appointed Chair of the Committee. We express our sincere gratitude for the high level of trust and recognition of the many years of consistent and systemic work carried out by the UAM community to promote mediation in Ukraine.

We warmly congratulate her on this significant milestone and wish her strength, inspiration, and new opportunities to further enhance the role of mediation within the legal profession, the professional community, and society as a whole.
