UAM and the Mediation Committee of the NAACU Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

On August 25, 2025, the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation (UAM) and the Mediation and Conflict Resolution Committee of the National Association of Insolvency Practitioners of Ukraine (NAACU) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The meeting, held at the UAM Office, focused on discussing the key directions of future collaboration and defining the first steps for their implementation. The event was attended by Yuliia Karnaush, Head of the Committee, and Artem Danilov, Committee member.

The signing of the Memorandum marks an important step in strengthening the partnership and developing the institution of mediation in Ukraine. The cooperation is aimed at supporting a culture of peaceful dispute resolution, promoting mediation practices, and creating favorable conditions for effective dialogue in the legal sphere.

The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation expresses its gratitude to the representatives of the Committee for their readiness to cooperate and their shared commitment to advancing mediation values in Ukrainian society.
