UAM CIRCLE 2026: Intervision for Mediators’ Professional Growth
The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation invites mediators to the first intervision meeting of 2026 — UAM CIRCLE 2026, dedicated to professional development, peer support, and strengthening the mediation community.
Intervision provides a safe and trust-based space where participants can look at practical situations from a new perspective, receive feedback from colleagues, and experience the value of professional collaboration. Every mediation case is unique, and sharing experiences can help mediators discover new approaches even in challenging situations.

The event is exclusively for UAM Associate Partners and graduates of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation.

Meeting Programme
Participants will have an opportunity to:
- analyse a practical mediation case;
- discuss professional challenges faced by mediators;
- receive peer support and exchange professional experience.
The organisers ensure that the principle of confidentiality is respected throughout the preparation and conduct of the intervision meeting.
