UAM Held the Second Meeting of "UAM Circle" for Alumni

On January 9, 2025, the second meeting of "UAM Circle" took place, focusing on the topic: "Tools for Effectively Engaging Participants in an Information and Assessment Meeting with a Mediator."

The event gathered alumni who had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and practical skills in the field of mediation.

Participants worked in small groups, where each played the role of a mediator, a party, and an observer. Under the guidance of Iryna Dotsenko, they created conditions that fostered a deeper understanding of the triadic roles, allowing them to better grasp the needs of clients.

Special attention was given to the development of effective messages to engage parties in mediation. Together, participants explored words that could capture interest, provide support, and motivate involvement.

The inspiration and support that filled the event once again proved how essential it is to maintain unity and mutual assistance in the professional environment.

We sincerely thank all participants for their honesty, openness, and willingness to share ideas. We look forward to the next meeting within the "UAM Circle"!
