Ukrainian Mediation Experience Presented at the International Will Work For Food Charity Seminar

The holiday season is traditionally associated with the expectation of something extraordinary. At the same time, it reminds us that meaningful change can also be created through our own actions - through solidarity, support, and joint initiatives.

In this spirit, representatives of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation joined a charitable initiative organised by Will Work For Food (WWFF) ahead of the holidays. This international community organises open professional seminars for mediators and dispute resolution practitioners, encouraging participants to make voluntary donations to support food banks and contribute to the global fight against hunger.

As part of WWFF’s activities, leaders of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation - Luiza Romanadze and Svitlana Sergeyeva - spoke at the international online seminar “The Evolution of Mediation in Ukraine: Challenges, Progress, and Lessons Learned.” They shared Ukraine’s experience in developing mediation amid profound social and legal transformations.
