Veterans and Service Members with Mediation Training Invited to Join Skills Development Workshops

The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, together with HomeFront Strong, invites veterans and service members who have completed mediation training to participate in a series of “Skills Development” workshops.

The programme is designed for those who want not only to practise mediation but also to effectively share knowledge about it within their communities, professional environments, and among fellow service members.

What the Programme Includes

During the workshops, participants will develop practical skills needed to promote mediation and communicate its value to different audiences.

The programme will focus on explaining the fundamentals of mediation in a clear and accessible way, conducting informational and educational sessions, organising activities aimed at strengthening communication skills, improving active listening, asking effective questions, and building constructive dialogue.

Format and Dates

The training will be held online as a series of three workshops:

All sessions will take place via Zoom.

Simultaneous interpretation in Ukrainian and English will be provided for participants.

Participation

Participation in the programme is free of charge. Participants who attend all three workshops will receive a certificate of completion.
