The Forum lasted six days and brought together thousands of registered participants.
We are currently processing registration forms, attendance records from Zoom sessions, online livestream participation data, and other technical information required for the accurate preparation of electronic certificates.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this process.
The distribution of certificates will begin once all data has been processed.

We will, of course, do our best to send certificates and all accompanying materials much earlier. However, given the ongoing war and constant attacks in Ukraine, we have set this date with some additional margin.
All certificates will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A FORUM PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE?

Electronic Forum Participation Certificates are awarded to all individuals who attended at least one Forum event or viewed an online livestream during the Forum.

INFORMATION FOR ATTORNEYS

For events accredited by the Higher School of Advocacy of the Ukrainian National Bar Association (UNBA), attorneys receive the corresponding continuing professional development (CPD) credits in accordance with the procedures established by the Higher School of Advocacy. Information about awarded credits is available in your personal account within the HSA Accreditation Center.
If an attorney also participated in other Forum events via Zoom, the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation will send an electronic Forum Participation Certificate to the email address provided during registration by July 10.

INFORMATION FOR JUDGES AND COURT STAFF

For judges and court staff, participation records will be processed and subsequently provided to the National School of Judges of Ukraine.
The preparation and issuance of documents confirming continuing professional development will be carried out by the National School of Judges of Ukraine in accordance with its procedures.
In addition, the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation will send an electronic Forum Participation Certificate to the email address provided during registration by July 10.

CERTIFICATE FORMATS

FORUM PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE

All participants who selected the free participation option will receive an electronic Forum Participation Certificate.
Participants who chose the “Participation & Support” option will receive:
• a Forum Participation Certificate;• a numbered certificate indicating the total duration of the Forum and the corresponding ECTS credits;• a letter of appreciation from the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation in recognition of their support for the Forum.
The letter of appreciation and the additional certificate are prepared individually and serve as a token of our gratitude for supporting the organization and delivery of the Forum.

Recordings of all Forum events are currently being processed.
