About the path from startup to success from Bruce Edwards

On 27.02.2023, the first meeting with Bruce Edwards, co-founder of EMA, took place.

Bruce has been engaged in mediation daily for 30 years, helping people move from chaos to conflict resolution, facilitated over 8,000 mediations (one of his biggest included 80 parties).

Bruce played a central role in the creation of the largest and most successful company in the field of dispute resolution - JAMS ADR (USA).

Bruce talked about his journey from startup to success (helping to build mediation in the USA and his personal practice) and how to move forward when no one believes. Bruce performed in Ukraine for the first time.
