Agreements in mediation: how to avoid confusion?

The Law of Ukraine ‘On Mediation’ provides for several types of agreements: a mediation agreement, a mediation agreement and an agreement based on the results of mediation. This often leads to confusion in practice.

The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation has developed an infographic that explains in detail the issues related to each type of agreement.

This initiative is aimed at improving the understanding of the mediation process and providing greater clarity for all participants.
