An unforgettable evening of healing and inspiration with Laurie Leyden
On 25 May 2023, the second meeting with Laurie Leyden, PhD, MBA, an expert with 30 years of experience in trauma work, a transformational leader and spiritual advisor, took place. This event, held on the ZOOM platform, gathered many participants who sought to gain a deeper understanding and master the methods of working with trauma.
Lori Leyden, continuing her mission to help people heal their wounds, shared additional strategies and techniques to help us avoid trauma taking over our brains and hearts. Her words and techniques were full of emotional depth and practical value.
The event featured interactivity and practical exercises.
The meeting included a number of interactive exercises that participants can apply in their daily lives and when helping others in a state of acute stress. It was a real immersion into the world of healing and inner peace.
A prerequisite for learning new techniques from Laurie was mastery of Tapping and Breathing. Those who had previously watched the recording of the first meeting and read the materials felt more prepared for new knowledge and skills.
