Creating a culture of peace: The Amazing Adventures of Rotai Dem

As part of the project “Building a Culture of Consensual Conflict Resolution as a Way to Achieve Justice in Ukrainian Society”, representatives of the Ukrainian Mediation Academy have created three fascinating books about the adventures of the magical dragon Rotai Dem.

Here are the highlights and importance of the books:

Learning to cooperate: The books teach children how to effectively resolve conflicts through different styles of behavior and cooperation.

Emotional literacy: Children learn about different emotions and how they affect our lives, as well as practice methods of calming and managing emotions.

Constructive communication: Roe talks about the importance of active listening and teaches children the art of constructive communication.

These books are extremely important for the development of children and society as a whole, as they help build skills in peaceful conflict resolution and emotional literacy. Such skills contribute to the creation of a just and harmonious society where everyone can be heard and understood.
