Enrollment for the Online Training for Hosts of the "Master of Communication" Game 4.0

The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation has developed an educational and developmental game "Master of Communication" for children and teenagers aged 6-17 years. The game is an innovative approach to fostering a culture of non-violent communication, improving communication and negotiation skills, conflict management, and developing emotional intelligence. The game is conducted by specially trained hosts.

Enrollment for the free online training for psychologists working with children in schools, extracurricular institutions, social-psychological rehabilitation centers, etc., is open until October 25. Enrollment is carried out across Ukraine, but priority regions include Volyn, Sumy, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky, and Chernihiv. The number of places for training is limited.

Training outcomes: Hosts will be able to organize the game, provide a safe gaming environment, and support players in gaining new knowledge and skills.

After completing the training, hosts will receive certificates. A printed copy of the game will be sent to the educational institution where the trained school psychologist works.

Training schedule:

  1. Dates: November 5, 6, and 13, 2024. The training includes theoretical and practical preparation, as well as conducting the game in a test mode under the supervision of its developers.

Training format:

  1. The training will be held on the Zoom platform.

Conditions for participation:

  1. Free participation;
  2. Mandatory support letter from the educational institution regarding the future conduct of the game;
  3. Preference will be given to psychologists who have attended trainings on mediation, non-violent communication, emotional intelligence development, etc.;
  4. It is expected that the hosts will conduct the game in educational institutions starting from December 2024.

Application deadline: Applications for training are accepted until October 25, 2024.

Training results: Hosts will be able to:

  1. Organize the game;
  2. Provide a safe gaming environment;
  3. Support players in gaining new knowledge and skills.

After completing the training, hosts will receive certificates from the game developers. The game will be sent to the educational institution where the trained school psychologist works.
