For notaries on effective communication and mediation

On 20 March, the training for notaries on the development of soft skills ‘Effective Communication and Mediation’ got off to an inspiring start. The participants began their journey of improving soft skills with the topic of communication. According to the feedback, the event was interesting and useful, so the 4 hours of training went by in a flash. The next step is to master conflict management skills, work with emotions, and dive into the world of mediation.

The training is conducted jointly with the Notary Chamber of Ukraine and the Mediation Centre of the National Police of Ukraine within the framework of the Project ‘CONSENT: Enhancing the role of alternative dispute resolution in Ukraine with a focus on mediation’, implemented by the Ukrainian Mediation Academy with the financial support of the European Union.
