New Generation of “Masters of Communication” Trained in Ukraine
44 educators and psychologists complete training to lead the communication skills game for children
A new cohort of 44 participants from across Ukraine has successfully completed the “Master of Communication” facilitator training. Over the course of three intensive days, they explored the methodology, engaged in the game process, and developed skills to lead the sessions effectively.
These newly trained professionals — including school psychologists, educators, and youth workers — are now equipped to help children adapt to change, listen to one another, and find common ground through dialogue.
Did you know? After completing the training, each facilitator’s institution (school, center, or organization) receives the “Master of Communication” game set free of charge. This means more children across Ukraine will have access to tools for building effective communication and social skills.
The Ukrainian Academy of Mediation expresses its gratitude to all the participants and partners who made this training possible. More opportunities lie ahead to promote effective communication among children and youth in Ukraine.
This training was organized by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation as part of the project “CONSENT: Strengthening the Role of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Ukraine with a Focus on Mediation,” implemented with financial support from the European Union.
