Results of the intervention meeting of mediators: inspiring experience and plans for the future

Today, on September 23, we gathered as a cozy group of practicing mediators for another intervention meeting. It was a day filled with professional growth and mutual assistance.

An interesting and exciting case attracted the attention of 15 mediators for almost three hours! We are sincerely grateful to all participants for their active participation and inspiring atmosphere of professional support.

Special thanks to the case provider for the courage to highlight some aspects of his practice! This allowed us not only to consider various approaches to solving difficult situations, but also to feel the power of collective experience and knowledge.

It was useful, interesting and comfortable. Interviews are an indispensable tool for mediators, as they contribute to professional growth, exchange of experience and strengthening of our community. Regular meetings help us to improve our skills, find new solutions to difficult situations and receive support from colleagues.

We are already planning the next events, where we will continue to explore new cases and share our experience. Thank you for being with us and see you soon!
