Training “Effective communication and mediation: the key to harmony and productivity in the work of state registration authorities”

On December 20, 2023, the trainers of the Ukrainian Mediation Academy conducted a training “Effective Communication and Mediation in the Work of Civil Registration Authorities” for the heads of civil registry offices in Novokodak and Checheliv districts of Dnipro region at the Civil Registry Office in Dnipro city.

Effective communication and mediation contribute to a better working climate, reduce the risk of conflict, and improve team performance.

It helps ensure harmonious and productive teamwork.

The training strengthened and improved the skills of effective communication of the heads of the Civil Registry Offices among themselves and with citizens.

Everyone received a lot of positive emotions and unforgettable impressions.

The event was held with the financial support of the European Union within the framework of the Project “CONSENT: Enhancing the Role of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Ukraine with a Focus on Mediation", implemented by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation.
