Workshop for Mediators "Resolving Internal Dilemma by Richard Schwartz's Concept"

We invite you to the workshop "Resolving Internal Dilemma by Richard Schwartz's Concept"!

Date: November 12, 2024 Time: 17:00-21:00 Format: Online

Want to better understand your emotions? Looking for new tools for personal and professional growth? Then this webinar is for you!

What is IFS (Internal Family Systems)? IFS is a modern psychological method by Richard Schwartz, based on the idea that within each person there are different "parts" of the personality (e.g., critics, protectors, vulnerable "child" parts, etc.). These parts form an internal family system, and harmonious interaction between them helps to achieve internal balance.

What to expect:

  1. Introduction to IFS: Overview of possibilities, popular tools, and ethical aspects of the method.
  2. Practice: How to effectively work with internal parts of the personality, analyze cases, and find solutions.
  3. Safety: Confidentiality rules and the plan to implement IFS in your professional activities.

IFS can help mediators to better understand themselves, restore internal balance, manage emotions, and avoid burnout, opening up new resources for effective conflict resolution and harmonious development both in the profession and in life.
