“Master of Communication” is an educational and developmental game for children and teenagers aged 6–17. Through the game, children not only learn about disputes, emotions, needs and agreements, but also experience them in a safe gaming environment.
“Master of Communication” is a way to promote the values of mediation among children.
The game fosters a culture of peaceful conflict resolution, teaches children to listen, negotiate, understand themselves and others.
The game promotes the social adaptation of children, helping them to integrate into a group more easily, build friendships, negotiate and find solutions without aggression.
By developing empathy and dialogue skills, the game performs an important preventive function, reducing the risk of bullying and teaching children to recognise and stop it in time.
Most importantly, it helps to see that behind every argument there is not an enemy, but a person with their own feelings, interests and needs.

Development of communication skills
The game allows children to express themselves, share their experiences, be heard and accepted. It helps to create a trusting atmosphere in which everyone feels important.
Support and mutual assistance
During the game, children begin to understand each other better, support their peers, and learn to work effectively in a team.
Versatility
The game is successfully used in both same-age and mixed-age groups, ensuring effective interaction between students of different ages.
The game instantly caught the attention of education and psychology experts.
Right from the start, we noticed that demand for the game was way higher than we expected. Psychologists say that when kids play, they become more open and confident, and they learn to listen to each other and express their thoughts.
The “Master of Communication” game is provided free of charge to educational institutions in Ukraine. The game can also be obtained by extracurricular institutions, psychological support centres for children, organisations working with children and adolescents, and educational and social initiatives related to the education, development and leisure of children.
The game is provided only if the institution or organisation has a specially trained facilitator.
Facilitators of the game can be only psychologists and social educators who work with children in schools, extracurricular institutions, psychological support centres for children, organisations working with children and adolescents, educational and social initiatives related to children’s education, development and leisure.
