Resilient Presence:
Trauma Relief & Leadership Training for Ukrainian Mediators

Program for Ukrainian Mediators

Illustration

Every day, Ukrainian mediators hold space for others — in conflicts, crisis situations, and difficult conversations.
But to continue this important work, they too need support.

The Resilient Presence program is designed to help mediators restore inner balance, strengthen their resilience, and learn how to support others without losing themselves.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The program helps mediators affected by the war strengthen their resilience and ability to lead from within.Through evidence-based tools and embodied practices, participants will learn to reduce stress and trauma symptoms, restore clarity and presence, and support healing for themselves and their communities.
Guided by Dr. Lori Leyden, this program will help mediators learn how to support others with care and compassion without taking on their pain, and to see conflict as an opportunity for peace and renewal.
