The International Scientific and Practical Conference “Mediation & Universities 2.0” is a continuation of an initiative launched in 2024.
The event brings together scientists, practitioners, educators, lawyers, representatives of business, government, and the public sector, focusing on current trends and prospects for the development of mediation.
Mediation is seen not only as a method of conflict resolution, but also as an innovative mechanism for transforming relationships in the fields of education, justice, economics, and public policy. Universities serve as a platform where scientific research, educational programs, and practical initiatives in the field of mediation come together.The aim of the conference is to explore various aspects of mediation development, present the latest scientific and practical results, and identify areas for further integration of mediation into key areas of society.

This conference is organized with the financial support of the European Union, provided within the framework of the Pravo-Justice Project, the CONSENT Project, and the project “Strengthening Ukraine's EU Accession in the Rule of Law – (3E4U)”, commissioned by the German Federal Foreign Office and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The conference is implemented by the Ukrainian Mediation Academy.

To participate in the conference, you must register and:
Send your abstract to au.noitaidem%40fnocdeminu by 27 October if you want it to be included in the conference proceedings.
If you plan to be a speaker at the conference, you must also send the topic of your presentation with a short summary (no more than one page) to au.noitaidem%40fnocdeminu by 27 October 2025.

Participation in the conference will be confirmed by a certificate.
There is no organisational fee.
